The firm consists of four partners :

HISTORY AND GENERAL

The firm was established by Danny Y. Baratz, MBA, CA and Neill Judelman, CA in October 1982. The firm is located in Toronto, Ontario and services small to medium sized clients. The firm is a member of an international association of accountants and business consultants - SC International.

CLIENTELE

The firm caters to the small to medium size owner/manager enterprises with sales revenues up to $30,000,000.

Among the firm’s clients are a number of publicly traded corporations in the resource area. Also prominent are a number of Pension Trust Funds and Labour Unions.

A large number of manufacturing trading corporations and real estate joint ventures are handled by the firm with emphasis on international trade and Canadian offshore tax issues.

The firm is engaged in a number of audits in the “not-for-profit” sector.

The remainder of the clients consist of professionals, service industries, retail sales, estates and personal income tax returns.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

The firm’s objective is to provide clients with uniformly high standards of service in an efficient and timely manner. All partners are involved directly with the clients and individual, direct communication is a policy of the firm. The firm also provides a full range of services to the clients from business consultation and financial advice to income and commodity taxation, including offshore and trust matters.

STAFF AND SUPPORT

The firm has 15 full and part-time professional and support staff.

The firm has ongoing arrangements for outside support in the taxation area and in the accounting/auditing field. These engagements are made on a retainer basis with leading tax, accounting and auditing experts.
